Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any JenAir Systems platform (JenAir SMS, JenAir POS, or JenAir HMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

Each account is dedicated to one platform only — either JenAir SMS or JenAir POS. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

• JenAir SMS: Student term registration fees are ₦100 per student per term. Results cannot be processed for unregistered students.
• JenAir POS: Monthly subscription fees are based on daily sales volume as outlined on the Pricing page. Exceeding your plan's daily limit will pause sales until the next billing cycle or an upgrade.
• JenAir HMS (Desktop): One-time license fee starting from ₦300,000. Contact us for a quote.

4. Data Privacy

Each school's and business's data is completely isolated. We do not share, sell, or access your data except as required to provide the service or as compelled by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JenAir Systems for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, to impersonate other users, or to interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content on JenAir Systems platforms are the intellectual property of JenAir Systems. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

JenAir Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platforms. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding three months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our platforms after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
